Why public? The code, maths, techhniques, and schematic designs are very useful to the wider community. Having those designs available does not take away fromm the money made by producing buoys. Probably most importantly by providing the materials, designs, schematics and code here, it will be available to the next group to take up builing ice wave buoys. Ethically the right thing to do.
